1st National Festival of Folk Dance Clubs "Moesia is dancing" will be held on 01.10.2011g. (Saturday) in the Sports Hall "Spartak" Pleven. The festival is under the patronage of Mayor of Pleven.

Organizers of the First National Festival of Folk Dance Clubs "Moesia is dancing" are Pleven Municipality, Dance Club "Bulgarian dance" and Culture center "Hristo Botev" Pleven.
