St Petersburg welcomes the choirs, dance groups and folklore ensembles from all over the world; your songs and dances will contribute to a sunny atmosphere in St. Petersburg for professional dialogue to share experiences and repertoire.

The Festival is held by Committee for Culture of St.Petersburg City Administration and “Inter Aspect” Centre of International Cooperation, under the aegis of the St Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts. We are proud of being a partner of the European Association of Folklore Festival (EAFF).
The folk groups and dance ensembles of many styles are eligible to join the Festival either as non-competitive participating in all the performances of the festival, or as competitive ensembles.
