All participating groups will be accommodated in a quality 3 star hotels and hostels, located just 5-10min. walk from Belgrade downtown and festival place.

(A) HOSTEL PARTICIPATION FEE
HOSTEL is close to sport center Tasmajdan and Pioneer Sports Hall. It is surrounded by lot of greenery. It is also on a 10min. walking distance to the Festival stage with great variety of facilities:

- free WiFi zone and internet in the hostel lobby

- free and secure parking in front of the hostel for busses (for the whole period of stay)

 4 bedded rooms with bathroom (toilet, shower and sink, no towels)
 plus 3 double rooms for drivers and leaders without additional payment
 payment for additional double rooms, if you need, 10eur per person (for whole stay)
 payment for single room 20eur per person (for whole stay)
 all rooms on the 1,2,3 floor are with balconies
 grounded rooms do not have balconies
 1 free place for every 25 persons that pay

(B) HOTEL PARTICIPATION FEE

ALL HOTELS are in the city center, on a 10min. walking distance to the Festival stage with all the facilities nearby.

120 EUR PER PERSON
 5 days/4 nights, on a HALF BOARD basis (breakfast and dinner – open buffet)
 double and triple rooms with bathroom and balcony
 payment for additional double rooms, if you need more than 40% of double rooms, 10eur per person (for whole stay)
 payment for single room 40eur per person (for whole stay)
 non-smoking rooms available on request.
 all rooms have TV with cable channels and telephone line
 safe at reception
 fan on request
 free Wi-Fi Internet in the entrance hall of the hotel
