General conditions of the Festival:

There is no age limit or the number of participants and accompanying
It is necessary to prepare two different program lasting max 12 minutes
Need to bring their country’s flag and a performance at the decision of the organizers in conspicuous place. It is also necessary to visibly display panel (provided by organizers) which is inscribed with the name of your group and the country where you come from.
You can perform with orchestra (recommended) or CD track.
Everybody Loves Company Events Ltd Company reserves the right to change some of the general requirements for new Festival of the changes, and about all of the above will notify you within 24 hours.

If you decide to participate in the said event, you need to fill out an application for the festival and send it back. We will send you an official letter of invitation to participate in the festival.

CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

The IV.th. Intern. Independet World Chıldren festıval of Aliağa will take place between 20-25.04.2014
İn Aliağa of İzmir,Turkey.

THE ORGANİZİNG COMMITTEE OF THE INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN FESTIVAL
OF EGE-FOLKART WİLL PROVİDE THE FOLLWİNGS.

1.Accommodation and meals during the festival.Adults in Hotel and the child.will be guested by the families
(to pair of) having children of the same age.
2.There will be receptıon groups at the İzmir Airport until the arrival of the participating troupes.The troupes
Which arrive by bus,will use their own wehicle for the same activities and 200 litres of diesel oil will be given
Them by the committee.
3.An english speaking interpreter for each troupe will be ready.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF FOREIGN TROUPES

1.Each participating troupe is consisted of 35 members,including children and adult.Administrators,teacher
Musicians and other musn’t be more than 8 people.If there is any person besides 8 adults….
2.The children have to be between 10 and 15 years old.
3.The Internatıonal travelling expenses to İzmir Airport and Aliağa.(110 km.)
4.Each troupe is requested to have own insurance covered including medical insurance during the trip.
5.The participating troupes are requested to arrive in Aliağa on 20/04/2014 and depart on 25/04/2014
6.Each troupe should bring flags of their countries with them.
7.Participants are kindly requested to contact Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
8.All of the shows are with live music or recorded music…
9.There will be 3 times gift exchanges during the festival.
10.Partıcıpatıon fee 750 Euro during the festival.

OTHER INFORMATIONS

1.The average temperature during 20/25 April is 23/26 C. And maybe rainly.
2.The healty services at the hospital in our city are extremely good and available.
3.Electricity is 220 volts in Turkey.

We would like to invite dance groups of different styles to apply for the 2nd International festival and competition "SUPER DANCE from folk to modern": http://interfestplus.ru/sdf/en

The SUPER DANCE festival is a 5-Days dance event featuring dance competitions, workshops, dance performances and social dancing in Folk and other styles of dance. There is competition for all ages and levels of dancers from children to seniors, beginners to professionals.

The Festival is held by Russian State Pedagogical University of A.I.Herzen and “Inter Aspect” Centre of International Cooperation.

1ST CASTELFIDARDO Edition

Castelfidardo, Italy

The 2014 GORAN ALACHKI Accordion Event, organized by Elke Ahrenholz, has been designed along the lines of the very successful annual Event, hold in Macedonia

Location: 4 star Hotel Parco in beautiful Castelfidardo, Italy

Cost: 880 Euro per accordionist, 700 Euro for non-players

What is included:

· 5 nights lodging
· 3 meals daily
· Sightseeing in the Castelfidardo area
· A visit to the Castelfidardo Accordion Museum
· Daily accordion work / Evening activities
· Some participants can sign for INDIVIDUAL classes
· Final concert by Goran Alachki
· We will focusing on Macedonian traditional music & music inspired from our tradition and the subject "Accordion in Macedonian music"(small lecture).
· We will explore our Rhythm : 5/8 7/8 9/8 11/8 19/8 with specific exemplars , song and dances in my live performances and also I have two short movies to present ( 10 min each)
· We will make huge orchestra and we will work group classes.Two hours in the morning and two classes afternoon. I will prepare in advance the materials...
· Most compositions will be from Goran Alachki´s last cd and book. Every participant will receive one book and double CD .
